When one of my former roommates heard me read the prayer for the first time, he didn't believe it actually said, "Ruler of the Universe," until I showed him. That translation does make God sound like a <a HREF="http://www.blogger.com/r?http%3A%2F%2Fwww.salon.com%2Fcomics%2Fboll%2F2002%2F04%2F11%2Fboll%2Fstory.gif">superhero</a>.<br /><br />-David<br /><br />P.S.
